Jason was OUTSTANDING. I understand very little about my pool's mechanical system, but knew I had a problem because heat pump was not heating up pool adequately. He answered thumbtack inquiry quickly (on a Saturday), scheduled an appointment with me for Monday, letting me know 30 minutes ahead of arrival when he was on his way.
Upon arrival he instantly made me comfortable I had a professional. He clearly explained his trouble shooting thought process as he undertook each diagnostic steps. Most importantly, he quickly figured out the problem, which thankfully turned out to be a minor one, and solely the result of improper maintenance by company I pay a monthly fee to (exactly to avoid anything like this, and they were unavailable this week, ugh). Jason then took necessary actions to remedy problem and pool is now back up and running for Xmas visitors! He's awesome.
